Yoga can be understood as a way to healing, rich with benefits including stress and anxiety relief, decreased pain, and an overall feeling of optimal wellness and vitality. Learning yoga reconnects you to the present moment, where you can find space to breathe, think with more clarity, and make more mindful decisions - leading to less chaos and stress. Like trying anything new, beginning with an open mind and being gentle with yourself are the surest way to enjoy the full spectrum of benefits. 

With her background in Nursing, and degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Kelly Hogan brings compassion and experience to each of her students. Kelly continually deepens her study of yoga and the body with gurus around the world, including Ashtanga teachers Day Christensen, Sharath Jois, Kino MacGregor, and meditation teacher Julie Seibt. Kelly is a serious student of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and has studied at KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Kelly is on a mission to bring present moment awareness to busy adults.

Kelly will be in Mysore, India for the months of February and March 2017 studying with living Ashtanga Yoga Guru, R. Sharath Jois. Kelly is humbled and gracious to be studying amongst some of the most dedicated practitioners and teachers in the world. Email messages will be checked approximately once a week while she is in India.
